Raymund Abog is a senior fintech, payments, and banking executive based in the Greater Toronto Area with over 25 years of leadership experience across Canada, Southeast Asia, and the Philippines. He is the founder of Program Innovations & Opportunities (PIO) and has held executive roles at ABS-CBN Global Remittance (Canada General Manager), WorldRemit (Director, North America Business Development), OTT Financial Group (Director, OTT Remit), Gemini Worldwide (Director and Chief Compliance Officer), and LemFi (Head of Growth, Southeast Asia). Earlier, he served as Vice President, Remittance Tie-Ups Business Division at Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, and held senior leadership roles at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company, Asiatrust Development Corporation, and Solidbank Corporation in the Philippines.

Raymund is Vice President and Fundraising Director of the Filipino-Canadian Dental Hygienists’ Society (TFCDHS) and a founding member of the Association of Bank Remittance Officers Inc. (ABROI). He holds an MBA and BSc in Commerce and Applied Economics from De La Salle University, Manila.

He brings to the FCNC Board deep expertise in diaspora financial inclusion, regulatory compliance, and a sustained, ground-level commitment to Filipino-Canadian community advancement.
