Successfully established and managed multiple care homes for individuals living with mental health and substance use, while also pursuing passion projects in construction and restoration management. 1. What skills will you contribute to the FCNC Board?

 Throughout my years as a community advocate, volunteer, and social activist, I have consistently taken on leadership roles. My skills in managing, sustaining and elevating non-profit organization have enabled me to drive meaningful activities and accomplishments. These experiences are among my strongest assets, and I believe they will be valuable and beneficial to the Filipino Canadian National Congress (FCNC). My dedication to public service and volunteerism is unwavering, and I have always made a priority to offer my time and effort while maintaining both professional responsibilities and positive personal life.

2. What are the most important functions of FCNC for its members?

 It is essential for FCNC to encourage, inspire, rally and unite its members to strengthen the Filipino Canadian Community. This can be achieved through various programs, advocacies, and educational initiatives. Equally important is ensuring that engagement, representation and empowerment are central to FCNC’s core values, so that all members feel supported and valued.

3. Why do you want to be a FCNC director?

 Serving on the Board of Directors is an honour and a responsibility. I aim to lead this society with integrity, dedication, and by motivating others to foster greater community engagement.
