Alfredo (Alfie) is the External Affairs Representative of the Filipino-Canadian Association of Prince Edward Island (Filipino Canadian organization in PEI since 1986) and is mentored by no less than the Chairman and Founder of the Filipino Canadian Association of Prince Edward Island, Mrs. Leticia La Rosa, also a former Philippine Honorary Consul General to PEI & NB.
